2018 will be our seventh annual Talent42 Conference. We are thrilled to be the first to bring together tech recruiters, sourcers and engineers, and even happier that people come back year after year to share and learn. Attendees become speakers, speakers become regular attendees, and even hiring managers sign up and participate.
Wondering if you should invest the time and money, and attend this year? Do it. But only if you focus on hiring software engineers. We welcome everyone, but keep in mind the content primarily addresses corporate tech recruiting. Some third-party recruiters, sourcers and leaders attend Talent42, and realize great value from the content.
And don’t worry if you don’t work for a big-name tech company or hotshot startup. Many Talent42 attendees come from companies outside the tech industry, some from small or mid-size companies, others from industries as diverse as retail, foodservice, banking and fintech or media.
We challenge our speakers to deliver information that is practical, actionable and advanced. We want hands-on sourcers, full cycle recruiters, Talent Acquisition leaders, even hiring managers to leave energized and having learned something new.
