Peer to Peer Learning: Talent Advisor Best Practices

You know how, at some conferences, you wish you could spend more time sharing, asking questions, learning from the interesting people sitting around you?  You know how you want more small group discussions, and less powerpoint?  We hear you.  In these peer to peer learning sessions, you’ll work in small groups tackling major challenges we face in recruiting.  Each table will cover 1-2 topics, and then we’ll debrief in the room, and share all of the great lessons learned with each other.  Topics will likely include a focus on engaging hiring managers in sourcing, building better tech interviewing strategies, improving candidate experience, delivering more insights and metrics to diagnose problems and change behaviors, competing against bigger tech brands, and more.  This is your chance to build your network, share what you do, learn, and take back real-world best practices that will help you and your teams be better Talent Advisors.  We’ll even capture the best practices and share them post-conference, so you can review all of the great lessons learned with your boss, to prove you actually worked during Talent42 🙂
