As Director of Microsoft’s Global Talent Labs organization, John Phillips drives industry staffing efforts for Microsoft focused on building future staffing solutions. Global Talent Labs enables the Microsoft staffing organization to build and manage talent pipelines while maximizing Microsoft’s staffing investments. Previous to this role, John managed staffing in the entertainment business of Microsoft driving recruitment for XBOX, Hardware and Zune among other consumer businesses. John is passionate about innovation in the recruiting function. His passion is focused on helping recruiters and the businesses they support to realize measurable improvements to quality of talent acquired.
