During his 17 year career, he has designed the recruiting and sourcing strategies that have enabled companies such as Google, Coca Cola, Hewlett-Packard, Lockheed Martin, IBM, Home Depot, Microsoft, BT and others find the right talent. In his current role, he serves the company’s clients through creative sourcing strategies and global recruiting programs.

While seemingly counterintuitive, Jaquith espouses a stealth approach to sourcing the best candidates on behalf of clients. He views sourcing as a highly specialized field that enables companies to find the right talent rather than to attract a high volume of unsuitable candidates. This stance has made him a popular presenter at national conferences including SourceCon, ERE, SHRM, SMA Recruiting Conference and others.
